Return and Exchange Notice
After receiving the product, you can enjoy a 7-day free appreciation period (including holidays). The appreciation period is for your reference, viewing, and comparison. (During the appreciation period, only one return is allowed and returns will be made according to the return and exchange process.) Please keep the original packaging of the product intact and in its original state to fully protect your shopping rights.
The following situations may affect your return rights:
(1) Without affecting the inspection of the goods, the packaging of the goods shall be damaged, the seal removed, the hang tag removed, the adhesive removed, or the label removed.
(2) Other necessary or attributable reasons beyond the inspection, resulting in obvious signs of use, damage, artificial dirtiness, powder contamination, loss or alteration of the product.
(3) Please use other cardboard boxes or outer bags to wrap the product outside the original packaging, and do not directly stick paper or write text on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, it cannot be returned or the damage cost must be deducted from the refund.
To ensure hygiene, we do not provide return services for close fitting underwear.
Screen color difference, minimal stains, loose threads, slight detachment, and 2cm size error are all within the acceptable range of international inspection standards and are not considered defects.

If the return does not meet the threshold for gift promotion, the gift must be sent back together with the return.
1、 When will the refund be issued
After the store completes the return process for the collected package, if the refund account information is correct, the refund will be made to the designated account within seven to ten working days.

Remind you! If you have obtained a paper invoice or an electronic copy of an invoice that has passed the business tax period, customer service personnel will contact you regarding invoice related matters (such as invoice processing or sales discounts) after the return is completed

6、 Why hasn’t the shipping fee been refunded
The order shipping fee is the cost already borne by the store when sending out the goods, and will not be refunded. Only the sales amount of the goods will be refunded.
